Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order.
(Sometimes, it can be transferred to Spam/ Junk folder for some reason).
You only need to click the tracking link in the email to get the tracking information.
The tracking information in the email covers the whole process. If you want to get more detailed tracking information (such as the contact information of the local delivery person), you can also refer to For more detailed follow-up, or submit a ticket in the Help Center, our staff will look forward to providing you with excellent service.
2. If the first two digits of your tracking number are “SF”, please fill in the tracking number into the tracker below for tracking.

4. Start entering the tracking number and let’s track it in more detail!
5. The “Agent tracking number” in the tracking data is the courier company and courier number of the destination country. You can also fill in the “Agent tracking number” into “https://t.17track.net/” to query the destination Country shipping details and contact information.
